All credit/debit cards are processed using our payment service providers Pay Pal. This ensures that our customer’s transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Paying by credit/debit card is fact and easy, simply enter your details when prompted during checkout.
Please supply a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours.
We will dispatch all orders received by 1pm the same day and those after 1pm the following day. Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will not be dispatched until Monday. Over bank holiday weekends orders will be dispatched on from Tuesday onwards.
Shipping + Postage
Any UK & Ireland order valued at £30/€30 and over will have free shipping which will deliver to UK Mainland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland only.
For all UK and Ireland orders valued under £30/€30 a charge of £2.95/€2.95 is applied.
For all international orders a member of Insanity Tan’s customer services team will contact you to advise of the shipping costs involved.
Import & Export Duties
If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be subject to any import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
The customer agrees that as the importer of record of any goods order you will comply will all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are to be received. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds exclude any shipping costs to send and return goods back to us.

Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.
You should inspect the products immediately on delivery and notify us within 48hours of any damaged items, defects or discrepancies. Any damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 14 days for replacement.
We strongly advise that any returns should be made by recorded delivery, registered post or courier to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.
